The course is divided in level one - two and three, once one completes level three they can teach the course.
- HTM level 1 is an introductory class, where we really look more at one's relationship with money before we can actually teach marketing techniques. If one's relationship with money needs mending all the techniques in the world will not help at all. We however touch on the marketing aspect of things to give an idea as to where one needs to be to create synergy and generate greater income. This is a two day workshop 10 - 4 pm Sat and Sunday
- In HTM level II we delve into the details of the business. Charts, accounting and accountability is explored. This workshop is way more in depth and takes about 5 days. This course applies a multi-system approach (networking, advertising, marketing and finances, location, self-esteem, sales techniques from the heart, pricing and value) in demonstrating the multiple-streams of income techniques addressing business techniques from the heart, management of staff, volunteers, mentees, client's relations, practice development and ongoing support are important components of the training. (This training allows you to teach HTM level one. Level one is a requirement before one can advance to this level.)
- HTM level III this is a 4 and 1/2 days training review and evaluation of case studies on individual businesses. Peer-review and in-depth training are included. Partnerships, investor relations, business plan writing techniques, expansion and growth into becoming an international organization is explored. One-on-one training with Giuditta for 6 months is included in this package. (Requirements HTM levels I and II plus a written test will guarantee a certification to teach levels i and II)
